Basuh dan toskan. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bawang besar, cili kering dan cli api agak-agak lah sendiri.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kemudian goreng ubi kentang sampai kekuningan, angkat, masukkan pula ikan bilis, goreng sampai garing. Semasa mengoreng pastikan minyak cukup panas. Campurkan ikan bilis dan kentang goreng dalam satu bekas. Masukkan pula cili kering yang dipotong tiga sampai garing dan angkat. Kemudian tutup api, masukkan bawang merah yg sudah dipotong bulat dan cili api. Angkat dan taburkan atas ikan bilis dan ubi kentang bersama cili kering. Kacau sampai masak. Masuk kan juga kulit rambai. Kacau selalu supaya santan tak pecah minyak. Dah mendidih masukkan ikan yang dah dicuci bersih. Kacau lagi sampai ikan masak. Dah siap pun. ( yang paling simple )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;gula perang halus&lt;br /&gt;air...&lt;br /&gt;gaulkan semua tu, kemudian celupkan cempedak dan goreng, jadi lah macam dalam gambar atas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Atau guna tepung goreng adabi yang dah siap, tinggal campur air je lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Atau kalau rajin,&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2...&lt;br /&gt;tepung beras sikit&lt;br /&gt;tepung gandum sikit&lt;br /&gt;tepung ubi/jagung sikit&lt;br /&gt;secubit kapur makan&lt;br /&gt;secubit garam&lt;br /&gt;sedikit gula ( agak2 lah )&lt;br /&gt;sebiji telur&lt;br /&gt;air&lt;br /&gt;gaul semua bahan diatas, celupkan cempedak dan goreng garing.
